If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will be happy to replace it as long as all the original shipping cartons and packing materials are returned and the item is in the condition in which it was received. ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT. Do not destroy or dispose of any merchandise, shipping cartons or packing materials without prior instructions. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted on gift cards and credit, exchanges and refunds cannot be honored.

- Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustment.
- In some cases, a photo of damage may be requested.
- Returns will be processed within 10 - 14 business days from the date the returned merchandise is received.
- All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
How to Return an Item

The customer service representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and form that must accompany merchandise to be returned.

All in-stock merchandise orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days.
All orders ship standard ground via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Unless requested by the carrier we do not require a signature for delivery.
When the size and/or weight of your shipment exceed the limits of parcel carriers, your item will be delivered via one of our trusted freight carriers.
Do to carrier restrictions, items requiring truck delivery cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or internationally.

The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.
Return shipping costs will be paid for product that arrives broken, damaged, or defective or is not the product that was ordered. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the product is no longer needed or desired or if the wrong product was ordered.
